The Rhapsody staff is growing! Coming off a great season in 2017 and rolling into summer activities, Rhapsody is going to be recruiting new staff to help maintain a strong program for years to come. We are seeking anyone with an interest in joining our leadership to help us achieve our program goals both locally and nationally.
We are looking for a passionate and highly-motivated individual who is willing to make the efforts necessary to take Rhapsody Winterguard to the next level. This role requires business acumen, entrepreneurial skills, creative and strategic thinking, as well as strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. S/he will also be a team player who is willing to take the lead and initiative in a small staff environment to ensure successful outcomes, while keeping student enrolment and program growth at the core of the organization.
The Executive Director will publicly represent Rhapsody Winterguard and be responsible for managing the functions and day-to-day operations of the organization. These include strategic planning, fiscal management, innovative program development, staff supervision, marketing, leading fundraising efforts, and establishing and maintaining relationships within the local and regional communities. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure and carry out the organization’s vision and mission.
