Rhapsody Winterguard currently sponsors 5 performing units, an annual summer camp, a Color Guard Championship competition for the Pacific Northwest and an educational clinic.

Mission

Rhapsody Winterguard is an organization dedicated to the promotion of excellent performing arts by setting high artistic standards in education & performance, actively involving youth in unique & life enhancing experiences which nurture creativity and inspire a life-long commitment to excellence.

Company Overview

Rhapsody Winterguard began as a small team of college-aged members in late 2005. The intent was to use the sport of winterguard to create an atmosphere that encouraged individuals to grow into teachers and productive members of the community while putting forth a fun, challenging and mature color guard show.

Since then, Rhapsody has quickly grown as an organization through numerous accolades and an ever-diversifying group of members and staff.

In 2007, Rhapsody proudly won its first World Championship in Independent A class and a corresponding promotion to Independent Open. 2008 saw the inception of our second full competitive unit, Rhapsody A.

In 2009 Rhapsody won the Independent Open class World Championship and made the jump to World Class in 2010.

Recently there has been great expansion as Rhapsody has added two more competitive units for high school students and our fan-favorite, The RhapsoWiggles – a beginning color guard for performers ages 5 – 8.
